Dr. Tracey Taylor is a board-certified family physician, certified through the American Board of Family Medicine, with a foundation in full-spectrum primary care across the lifespan. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences and completed her residency at Natividad Medical Center, a UCSF-affiliated program, with advanced training in family planning and comprehensive women’s health. She is currently pursuing certification in menopausal therapy through the Menopause Society and lifestyle medicine through the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

Dr. Taylor’s approach is rooted in longevity-focused, proactive medicine — working with patients to optimize cardiovascular fitness, metabolic health, musculoskeletal strength, sleep, and cognitive resilience before problems arise. As a DO, she also offers osteopathic manipulative treatment as a hands-on complement to conventional care for musculoskeletal concerns. She is deeply committed to building long-term relationships with her patients and helping them optimize both lifespan and healthspan.

Originally from Seattle, Dr. Taylor is married with a young daughter. Outside of medicine she loves running, learning new things, and going on adventures with her family and border collie.
