Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to health and wellness. Our bodies have a built-in system that helps us maintain a healthy weight and tells us what foods we need and don’t need. Our culture has become obsessed with dieting which takes AWAY from the body’s innate ability to modulate our needs.
In this workshop we will:
- Provide you with tools for mindful eating and impulse control.
- Offer guidelines for navigating healthier choices of what to eat and when to eat.
- Open up your intuition and develop insight into your body’s natural wisdom.
