Lentil Salad

3 cups of cooked lentils

3 small cucumbers diced

1 red onion diced

2 tomatoes diced

2 Lemons

1/2 cup of olive oil


Mix all ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with sea salt, pepper, garlic & mint powder.

Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Serve cool & enjoy.
