I met with Dr. Berjis because I needed a meal plan and advice on current health issues. She was thorough, detailed, and spoke in plain English. I also appreciated when she actually read my Intake Form and the information I brought (blood work, food log, etc.). In just over an hour, I walked out with a meal plan, great ideas for expanding my diet and nutrients, and recommendations for a few different natural ways (supplements, etc.) to wean me off a low-FODMAP diet and start “repairing” my gut (I have had GI issues for years.) Had a couple of questions the next day, and when I texted her, she responded immediately and clarified. Much appreciated!
