Whole body health

Wherever your pain,
we have an expert to help you!

At Comprehensive Wellness we address your whole body as part of your well-being. As a well-rounded team of sports medicine, regenerative medicine, orthopedic, and neurosurgical clinicians—along with physical therapists, acupuncturists and sports massage therapists—we work together to maximize your care all under one roof. We can address acute and chronic joint, muscle, and tendon pain issues with our dedicated team of specialists. Whether you suffer from neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, spine, hip, knee, ankle, or foot pain, we have an expert to help you!

We’re exercising our bodies every waking minute of our lives. Consequently, how we move, eat, think – and even sleep – have a large impact on our health. As we put wear and tear on our bodies, small habits and compensations can begin to have an exponential impact on other systems, leading to discomfort, chronic pain and other symptoms. By taking a holistic approach to the body as a perpetually adapting machine, the kinesiology and movement specialists at Comprehensive Wellness work closely with our patients to identify the root causes of your issues and develop an integrated, movement-based approach to build a strong core foundation, improve resilience, and work toward your health and fitness goals.

Comprehensive Wellness treats all types of musculoskeletal injuries and pain in the musculoskeletal system, including the joints, ligaments, muscles, nerves, and tendons to name a few.  We specialize in the treatment of various bone and joint musculoskeletal disease.

Sports Massage

Massage therapy is used to address varying degrees of anatomic health. Whether someone is in pain or preparing for a sporting event, Comprehensive Wellness works to address the needs of the individual. Massage therapy can be beneficial to speed up healing and improve strength.

Physical Therapy

At Comprehensive Wellness, we believe in evaluating and treating patients as a whole body to relieve pain, to restore function and with the goal to return to activity.

Acupuncture uses thin needles to release energy blockages in the body and ensure a healthy, uninterrupted flow of energy. Our team has treated patients ranging from 1 month to 102 years of age for a wide array of conditions, including pain, fertility, digestion, insomnia, stress, anxiety and cancer support.

Music Therapy

We offer an evidence-based neurologic rehabilitation program, using music interventions to enhance cognition, improve communication, and promote increased motor control.
