He has found that prevention and lifestyle changes offer patients the greatest benefits. Dr. Hilliard has lived in Contra Costa County since 1975. He received his medical doctorate from Meharry Medical College. He completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in cardiology at the University of California, Davis. He has post-graduate education in interventional cardiology and sleep medicine.
