Dr. Ann Udofia, has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and specializes in pelvic health rehabilitation (for all genders), chronic pain management, pre & postpartum health, LGBTQ+ care, sports injury rehab, and injury prevention.
She has 16 years of clinical experience and has successfully established brand new pelvic health programs at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation in San Carlos and the Agile PT headquarters (the prefered PT provider for Google) in Palo Alto. She also has experience as a senior PT at Kaiser Permanente, and is the owner of her private practice called Body Connect Physical Therapy.
Ann enjoys running, yoga, meditation and loves to travel with her husband and two young children. Having lived in four continents (Africa, Asia, Europe and North America), her global citizenship and experiences have enriched her ability to cater to patients with diverse backgrounds.
