Jeremiah Dees is a movement specialist with over 18 years of experience specializing in kinesiology. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley where he studied Human Biodynamics and Integrative Biology, while concurrently rowing on the national champion crew team.
Jeremiah helps others gain control of their movement, posture, body development, and pain. His ability to tap into intrinsic healing and growth mechanisms was created alongside his own personal and athletic development. He has been learning how to build a coordinated body resilient to injury and pain since he was a young teenager. His studies began early, at just 14 years old.
Jeremiah can figure out exactly where to focus in order to master control of the body. He works with people at all stages of life. He’s helped numerous people with difficult medical conditions augment their health outcomes by embracing the parts they must do for themselves.
Jeremiah is empathetic to the many thoughts, emotions and challenges others feel when dysfunction, or pain disrupt life. He knows how critical it is to meet a person exactly where they are – their level of ability, confidence, and comfort – warmly and without judgement. His own early development was awkward, and by learning to be patient with himself he understands how to be patient with others.
What matters most to him – make daily progress you can feel.
